It is also responsible for the developing of the HR Division Technology strategy and roadmap that will support integrated talent management processes, enable full visibility into our global workforce by deploying a technology solution that integrates people processes, data and intelligence from corporate and satellite systems and databases, and will provide workforce analytics and tools to support evidence-based decision making across people-related processes (in particular workforce planning, recruitment, reassignment and deployment to emergencies). The Branch consists of three teams: * HR Technology * HR Systems Administration and Support * HR Reporting & Analytics.   About the Role * WFP is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of HR Technology and Analytics consultant in charge of the E-Recruitment System administration and end-user support. * The Consultant will be based in our Rome Headquarter, and will be part of the HR Technology and Analytics Branch (HRMOI) team. * The consultant can be part of any other HRMOI projects depending on priorities.   Key responsibilities include: * Provide functional and technical first level of support to end users (Recruiters, Staffing Coordinators, Hiring Managers, Internal candidates) in HQ Rome and Local Subject Matter Experts in the field * Provide functional and technical second level of support to end users (Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Internal candidates) in the field (85 countries) * Provide support to internal and external candidates * Manage e-Recruitment security permissions granting * Maintain up-to-date existing documentation and eLearning courses. Build new documentation and eLearning course if necessary. * Provide face-to-face and/or online training to internal end users (Recruiters, Staffing Coordinators, Hiring Managers, Local Subject Matter Experts) * Support E-Recruitment lead with system enhancement, vendor relationship management and new functionalities’ development and implementation * Any other related activities, may E-Recruitment lead require Generic responsibilities applicable to HR Technology and Analytics Consultants include: * Undertake data collection, preprocessing and analysis of structured and unstructured data * Undertake business process mapping and analysis to recommend system and process enhancements in order to optimize performance * Identify valuable data sources and process automation opportunities * Build analytics models to address business problems * Present information using data visualization techniques * Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges * Assist in the preparation of project proposals, implementation plans and presentations to management/project leads * Build quantitative model to simulate impact of the projects;  * Assist in the preparation of HRMOI reports for WFP management * Research the HR technology and analytics best practices and innovations; * Support HRMOI management with priority activities as and when required.   Terms and Conditions WFP offers a competitive compensation package which will be determined by the contract type and selected candidate’s qualifications and experience. Qualifications & Experience Required Experience: * 2+ years of postgraduate relevant experience in HR Information system maintenance and support, with preferably experience in an international context * Experience in the analysis of complex data * Experience in SuccessFactors recruiting module is an asset * Experience in web application development using PHP, MySQL is an asset   Functional Skills & Competencies: * Ability to work and deliver results within a highly complex organizational environment (i.e. with diverse team, matrix structure, highly evolving operational context and staff working hardship locations) * Analytical mind and business acumen * Problem-solving aptitude * Excellent communication skills and understanding of working with different cultures * Knowledge of talent management solutions * Proactive and willing to propose enhancements * Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and/or any data visualization tool   Education: * Advanced University degree in Computer Science, Human Resources Management or Business Administration   Language:   * Fluency in oral and written English (proficiency/level C) * Intermediate knowledge of the following WFP working languages (Arabic, French, Spanish, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese) is preferred.
