This position serves the organization through the Finance department by performing a variety of general accounting tasks to include reconciliations, state registrations and coordinating liability insurance
Key Result #1 Manage the Travel Website and act as Primary contact for Travel company, reconciling activity and charges on Corporate American Express card
Key Result #2 – Manage State Registrations for solicitation
Key Result #3 – Coordinate annual liability, property and casualty insurance renewal process.
Key Result #4 – Track receipts for Visa Card holders.
Key Result #5 – Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts and Manage Fund Balances
Key Result #6 – Maintain and update the FHUS Finance page of the intranet FH Connect and other duties.
