Resource Mobilization Senior Coordinator The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking a motivated and experienced Resource Mobilization Senior Coordinator to support the Resource Mobilization team and provide strategic support to the RM Director in a wide range of administrative, financial, and client relationship duties of a highly confidential nature to guarantee smooth flow and effectiveness of the operations.

About the role: The Senior Coordinator will provide support to the RM Director and Team ensuring that RM requests are handled and responded to in a timely manner, work product is of high quality , and workload is communicated for all relevant meetings, reports or deliverables. Keys to success for

this position are: discretion and diplomacy, teamwork, excellent verbal and written communications skills, attention to detail, and strong ability to prioritize work/time management under deadlines. Key responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain RM Director’s official schedule of meetings, conferences, and travel. • Coordinate executive communications (to include taking calls, monitoring and responding to emails, and interfacing with internal and external RM contacts).

• Prepare internal and external corporate documents, including powerpoint presentations, for high level audiences including the Board of Directors and Donors.

• Maintain an organized filing system of communications and electronic documents for ease of access for RM Director.

• Respond promptly to Managers’ queries and serve as the focal point to communicate and coordinate with the Director of Resource Mobilization and his/her team, other Directors, senior managers and PIs, and potential partners and donors to facilitate the flow of communication.

• Provide logistical support to the RM team. • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality with all materials. • Create RM Reports, prepare confidential information for senior management, and update internal databases.

• Assist in preparation of RM budget, business planning, and related activities.

• Monitor expenses and/or budgets in order to highlight areas of concern to Director. • Ensure work priorities, procedures and administrative systems for the RM Team are followed appropriately with strong emphasis on quality.

• Monitorthebudgetandperform transactions:travelliquidationandpaymentofhonorariums.

• Processconsultancycontracts:coordinatewithconsultantToRsandbankinginformation,send request to HR and follow-up corresponding transfer of funds and submission of deliverables. What are we looking for?

• 5 years of experience in similar positions reporting to senior management.

• Strong communications, organizational, project management, problem-solving skills. • Ability to think proactively, prioritize, and multi-task.

• Capable of working under pressure and with tight deadlines.

• Team-oriented personality and strong ability to develop client relations and maintain work relationships.

• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, especially Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with client management databases.

• Experience managing office logistics.

• ExcellentcommunicationsskillsinEnglish(writtenandverbal)isrequiredaswellasproficiency in Spanish.
