Externa Communication (EC) is a cross-sectoral Programme of UNICEF Egypt which seeks to advocate for children’s issues and UNICEF interventions. The role of communication and public advocacy is critical in UNICEF Egypt’s programming– in ensuring that children issues are well positioned on the public agenda and that UNICEF messaging are consistent and in line with the UNICEF global strategy. External Communication plays a strong role in representing the most deprived children, showcasing UNICEF’s interventions, and supporting external messaging in relation to children issues.

UNICEF works in some of the world’s toughest places, to reach the world’s most disadvantaged children. To save their lives. To defend their rights. To help them fulfill their potential.

Across 190 countries and territories, we work for every child, everywhere, every day, to build a better world for everyone.

And we never give up.
