Production Supervisor

Position Overview
The Production Supervisor serves as a member of the team responsible for the production and distribution of items such as the sponsorship registration packets, welcome packets, and other donor communications. The Supervisor will also oversee processes, systems, and staff involved in the recruitment and oversight of volunteer and intern relationships on behalf of the Responder Operations Unit. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for projects that impact the entire department and/or the entire organization, and require an in-depth understanding of each task within the department and how they need to be prioritized. The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for overseeing the day to day tasks, priorities, and projects of the Communications Production team.
Responsibilities
Key Result #1 – With support from the Communications Production Manager, provide day-to-day oversight of the team that creates, prints and maintains all GSC-produced sponsorship and financial communications and assist in maintaining the data when needed (approximately 65% of time).
Key Result #2 – Oversee the recruitment and management of volunteers on behalf of the Responder Operations Unit (approximately 20% of time).
Key Result #3 – Work with leaders in the Responder Operations Unit to coordinate and schedule the efforts of the Responder Operations and Communications Production Interns as needed (approximately 15% of time).
