About Us:

St. Jude India ChildCare Centres (St. Judes for short) is a not-for-profit organization in India that provides free of charge shelter and holistic care to children who are undergoing cancer treatment along with their families, at Tata Memorial Hospital and other treating hospitals. The holistic care includes an infection-free environment conducive to the child’s recovery, educational and recreational services for the children and their parents and counselling services throughout the duration of their treatment. Those children who come back for maintenance and follow up can once again stay at one of the centres.

 

About Role:

Looking for a Lady with a Bachelors/Masters in Social Work/Management/Social Sciences, who has a background of working in social sector/healthcare/early childhood schools, worked in a team, have good Interpersonal, Counselling and guiding skills with 2-3 years of experience (preferably in an NGO). Ability to be empathetic and handle the beneficiaries maturely as the role would involve supporting the needy families.

Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferable, and being computer savvy – Word, Excel etc. is preferable.

Salary offered will depend on the competence/experience.
