About the role
The Office of the Secretary General (OSG) supports and advises the global leader of Amnesty International, managing his agenda and helping him deliver on it. The Executive Coordinator plays an important support role to ensure his agenda runs smoothly, including closely managing his complex travel schedule and quickly identifying and dealing with challenges. The role is also crucial to ensure information and finances are handled efficiently in OSG.

About you
You are highly efficient, flexible, resourceful, and energetic, and a consummate team player. You are able to work independently and ensure the logistical elements of the Secretary General’s heavy travel schedule across many time zones are executed flawlessly, but you also understand how your work connects with others in the team and across the organisation and communicate effectively with them. You are competent with budgets and able to organise information with a high degree of efficiency.
