OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

Le Groupe Organique Management General et Coordination (GMC) est responsable de la fourniture de services de support efficaces a la mise en œuvre des programmes de sante et de la bonne coordination des unites sous sa supervision. L'unite ASU qui fait partie de ce groupe a pour objectif d'assurer la prestation efficace et efficiente des services administratifs et logistiques.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Sous la supervision generale du Gestionnaire des Services Administratifs (ASO) et la supervision directe de l'Administrateur des Biens et Immobiliers (REA), le/la titulaire accomplira les taches ci-apres\:1. Initier les memos et les correspondances des differentes sous unites, les soumettre a la signature du superviseur; 2. Assurer la tenue journaliere du registre et des cahiers de transmission du courrier arrivee et depart;3. Recevoir les visiteurs officiels, les representants des entreprises, les fournisseurs et les appels telephoniques, leur fournir des informations adequates avec tact et discretion;4. Organiser la preparation des reunions et produire les comptes rendus/rapports des reunions pour signature/Clearance;5. Etablir les feuilles de decompte pour le paiement des factures des prestataires contractuels;6. Creer les POs dans GSM pour le paiement des factures des fournisseurs;7. Assurer le suivi des factures; 8. Assurer le classement et l'archivage des documents;Accomplir toutes autres taches selon les besoins.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Essential\: Fin d'etude Secondaire suivies d'une formation en Secretariat ou gestion administrative ou dans un domaine equivalent.
Desirable\: Un diplome universitaire en administration ou autres domaines connexes.

Experience

Essential\: Cinq (5) a sept (7) ans de travail dans le domaine de Secretariat et de l'administration.
Desirable\: Une experience au moins de deux (2) ans avec l'OMS ou avec une autre agence du Systeme des Nations-Unies serait un atout.

Skills

Faire preuve de discretion, de precision, d'attention minutieuse et tres bonne capacite a interpreter des directives et pratiques etablies. Les activites non visees par les directives et pratiques peuvent exiger de l'autonomie et de l'initiative en vue d'ameliorer la qualite du travail et respecter les delais mais tout ecart doit etre refere au superieur. Avoir des connaissances approfondies en Secretariat et des pratiques administratives modernes. Avoir egalement des aptitudes a se servir d'un systeme de traitement de texte \: MS Word, Excel, Power point et des connaissances du Systeme Mondial de Gestion (GSM)

REMUNERATION

WHO offers staff in the General Services category an attractive remuneration package, which for the above position includes an annual net base salary starting at XAF 10,063,000 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
