Organizational Location
The post is located in the UNFPA Copenhagen Office/Procurement Services Branch of the Division for Management Services. The incumbent reports to report to a supervisor in PSB and is responsible for supporting the business needs of the PSB applications (On PreITSOe and Google Cloud Environment), IT Operational Support as required, Reproductive Health Interchange, UNFPAProcurement (former AccessRH), internal communication and knowledge management tasks through documentation of business processes and provision of business analyst support.

2. Job Purpose
Responsible for Systems Analysis support, Implementing business requirements, designing, programming and testing of solutions to meet the business needs of PSB-related applications.
Responsible for maintenance and support of RHInterchange, UNFPAProcurement (former AccessRH), and the underlying functionality and infrastructure.
Responsible for internal communication and knowledge management related activities. |
3. Major Activities/Expected Results
In direct support of UNFPA’s strategy to achieve the ICPD/MD Goals and ensuring the effective and efficient implementation and support of PSB applications, UNFPAProcurement (former AccessRH) website, Internal Communication and Knowledge Management tasks, the incumbent will be required to provide the following services:
Internal development, programming, support, implementation and maintenance of the PSB internal website applications:
System Analysis and Managing projects:
Development, implementation and maintenance of the website applications (including third party development):
PSB and Nordic Office ICT Support
Document Management:
Internal Outreach:
Training Materials:

4. Work Relations
Frequent liaising with stakeholders from diverse countries, cultures and professional backgrounds in person, email, phone, etc. Key stakeholders include PSB colleagues, ITSO, contracting companies, various NGOs and other organizations.
