Under the supervision of the Deputy Representative, responsible for coordinating and facilitating design of the five year planning, multiyear rolling work plans for UNICEF, establishing and maintaining the work break down structure in VISION; significant contributions to the One UN management and coordination mechanisms; and, during emergencies, to the Joint Assessment Group; ensuring evidence and results based, timely, good quality reporting to: donors, Government, the One UN, Regional office, Headquarters and our partners and rights holders in Pakistan.

How can you make a difference?
To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…
- An Advanced University Degree in social sciences, demography, development planning, or statistics.
- 08 years of progressively responsible professional work experience in programme planning, monitoring, reviewing and reporting, with emphasis on statistical analysis.
- Practical experience in quantitative applications of social, health and economic data is essential.
- International working experience in programming planning and monitoring is considered as a strong asset.
- Good knowledge of computer usage and application of appropriate software packages, such as Excel, SPSS or STATA
- Very strong statistical and analytical, quantitative and qualitative research skills.
- Teaching experience and ability to organize and implement training.
- Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.
- Good analytical, negotiating and communication and advocacy skills.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language or local language of the duty station is considered as an asset.
