District Teaching Advisers

Provide training and coaching of Sector Learning Facilitators (National Volunteers)
* Collect insightful qualitative data on the uptake of foundational English Literacy and Numeracy teaching methods
* Support district and sub-district education managers to use data on children's learning and teachers' classroom practice
* Support Head Teachers to monitor effective continual professional development activities for their P1-3 English and Mathematics teachers
* Contribute to project district planning and review sessions
* Write regular reflective reports
