Job Overview/Summary: the WPE Prevention officer will be disseminating information and provide trainings to the men and boys on GBV issues. He will be involved in mobilizing communities to develop and implement strategies to prevent GBV. Implement awareness raising activities targeting the men and the boys. Major RESPONSIBILITIES: The WPE Prevention Officer shall: KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Position Reports to: WPE Senior Officer Position directly supervises: None Other Internal and/or external contacts: Internal: WPE Case Workers, IRC Iraq team including other programmes (ERD, Child Protection, and Protection/Rule of Law), Grants Department, Supply Chain, HR and Finance Departments External: Close collaboration with other humanitarian actors, local NGOs, UN agencies, government service providers.
