UN Women’s Strategic Plan 2018-2021 highlights the importance of strengthened capacities for Knowledge Management for the advancement of gender equality and the achievement of the 2030 Agenda. Work on these three objectives include implementation of Knowledge Product guidance including quality assurance processes; identifying and addressing knowledge gaps; roll out of Country Gender Equality Profiles; strengthening communities of practice; updating the intranet; and implementing initiatives to strengthen a knowledge sharing culture and better collaboration across sections.
