Environment Expert Aircraft Noise Certification

Cologne (Germany)

As an Environment Expert - Aircraft Noise Certification, you will contribute to the Agency’s environment and sustainability activities in line with the New Basic Regulation (NBR) (EC) 1139/2018 which strengthens the role of the Agency in the area of environmental protection. You will in particular ensure product environmental compatibility by providing an essential and unique expertise to monitor decisions in aircraft noise certification. In addition, you will support other core activities of the Agency, such as: - Ensure compliance of worldwide products with applicable noise standards in order to permit issuance of certificates; - Establish, maintain and disseminate the Type Certificate Data Sheets for Noise in order to ensure the issuance of noise certificates by the National Airworthiness Authorities of the Member States.
