Job Description

The IRC Liberia currently operates health programs in Montserrado, Bong, Lofa, and Nimba counties. We have a varied portfolio in health, and women's protection and economic empowerment. JOB OVERVIEW/SUMMARY: The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will be based at the IRC country office in Monrovia. S/he will serve as the focal person for coordinating M&E functions for the GIZ-funded Supporting Referrals and Community Linkages with the Integrated Severe Infections Treatment Unit (InSITU) program.S/he will be supervised by the Program Manager and will work closely with the Deputy Director of Programs. The M&E Officer will work to ensure the validity of data being collected and reported with specific emphasis on consistency, accuracy, and timeliness.S/he will make regular field visits to mentor and coach staff working on InSITU activities and service delivery. The M&E Manager is expected to collate, clean, and analyze data to ensure accurate and on-time reporting to GIZ.
