RFSU is looking to appoint You who want to work with civil society organisations in Liberia and Ghana

RFSU’s international department works with political advocacy initiatives relating to global development and development cooperation policy. The unit also support SRHR-programmes in partnership with civil society organisations in low- and middle-income countries. We are looking for a person who is eager to work at RFSU with sexual and reproductive rights, together with partners and others! For this position we believe you need to have some years at least of practical experience of cooperating with civil society organisation working in a post-conflict country-context.

Your areas of responsibilities will be to:

• develop and add value to relationships that RFSU have with civil society organisations, in Ghana and Liberia.
  
• manage partnerships in Ghana and Liberia
• engage with relevant actors addressing SRHR
• increase RFSUs capacity on conflict-management 

The job includes about four trips per year (to Liberia and Ghana), usually such trip lasts about a week. 

Most important to us, is your commitment to contribute to RFSU's vision; to drive and mobilise for sexual and reproductive rights and pleasure. We also expect you to have five years’ documented experience of work in conflict/post-conflict setting. Experience of providing long-term capacitybuilding on organisational development of civil society organisations, is highly valued for this position, as is experience of working at a non-government organisation or with civil society movement-building.

You will most probably have a university degree relevant to this position, and have worked with grants-management. Knowledge of sexual and reproductive rights will be valued. You need to have good written and spoken English. You should be willing to learn Swedish as the position is located at RFSU's office in Stockholm, which has Swedish as it’s working language.
