Job Description

Guided by its 2015 – 2020 Strategic Action Plan, the IRC implements innovative health, women’s and child protection and empowerment projects in Nimba, Lofa, Bong, and Montserrado counties.The IRC has also implemented projects in Maryland, River Gee, Grand Bassa,Margibi and Grand Gedeh counties .The IRC is currently leading the USAID Partnership for Advancing Community Based Services (PACS) Activity in Bong, Lofa, and Nimba counties of Liberia. JOB OBJECTIVES: The ideal candidate will have a “can do” attitude and desire long-term employment in a progressive business culture. We’re seeking an Executive Assistant who is comfortable performing general office duties, assisting with multiple programmatic and operational priorities and serving as the front desk person. The candidate will support IRC Liberia Senior Management Team (SMT), work with the Country Director closely, and will interact with the general public, as well as various internal and external stakeholders, with a high level of discretion and tact. Excellent writing, proofing and computer skills are essential.. He/she shallmanage SMT calendars, set up or organize meetings and manage information flow in an orderly and accurate manner.
