For the Regional Office CEE/CIS/Middle East we are looking for a committed:

ICT Advisor (f/m)
Location: Amman, Jordan

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Steer & support National ICT Managers in strategic ICT planning and budgeting process 
• Design, develop, implement and ensure professional maintenance/support of ICT Services in international branch office Amman
• Steer and monitor implementation of global/regional ICT standards in MAs, including ICT Governance, BCM, IT Security etc.
• Manage and execute assigned ICT Projects in-line with SOS Standards in EUCM Region/Middle East MA’s and ensure desired level of results
• Contribute to development and implementation of additional policies/guidelines and ensure its implementation in area of responsibility
• Actively participate in Regional Network and global ICT related workshops and represent EUCM Region
• Facilitate and steer efficient collaboration and knowledge exchange between National ICT Managers in the EUCM region 

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology Management
• 3-5 years’ experience in the field of information technology management
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products and cloud services (O365 Suite, Azure, Intune etc.)
• Expert level knowledge of Cisco infrastructure solutions (e.g. Meraki)
• Experience in designing/developing ICT solutions and planning its implementation
• Solid experience in project management (PMI, Prince)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic language
