Job Description

The IRC has worked in partnership with the Ministry of Gender, Children, and Social Protection (MOGCSP), the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) Sexual and Gender-Based Violence Crimes Unit to serveas allies to women and girls and create safer communities for all. JOB OVERVIEW: The Case Management Officers are responsible for providing survivor-centered case management services and psychosocial support to survivors of gender-based violence, women, and girls through Women Rise activities in Montserrado County. The Officers will supervise and provide support to community-level and implementing partner, case workers, and will coordinate with Raising Voices project staff to ensure quality services are provided to individuals seeking GBV services. The successful candidate will document GBV cases, compile incident data, support adolescent girl groups and networks in One Stop Center catchment communities, and participate in awareness raising activities. They will work with other GBV-focused implementing stakeholders. These Officers are required to adhere to the IRC GBV case management guidelines and international GBV case management standards. In addition, they will oversee the implementation of all response activities at the community level and serve as liaisons between IRC and the community. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: AWARENESS RAISING & GROUP MEETINGS ACCESS TO SERVICES REPORTING Other Other duties as assigned by the supervisor to enable and develop IRC programs.
