How can you make a difference?

Under the supervision of the Individual Specialist (NOC) and in constantly collaboration with Mobilization Manager (P4), lead the area of donor retention and loyalty, marketing analisis, including data collection, analysis and monitor and evaluate the work plan to prospect new donors and retain current ones through of the main sources of PSFR Colombia unrestricted OR and RR funds.

Key Functions

  • Provide relevant operational data from campaigns (Prospecting, House List, and Call Center) and propose campaign objectives, metrics and Key Performance Indicators.

  • Generate relevant information from the main reports for the correct implementation of fundraising campaigns for individuals.

  • Ensure that administrative tasks and responsibilities are effectively carried out and delivered.

  • Promote cross-functional coordination and collaboration with other area.

  • To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

  • A minimum of 3 years of national relevant professional work experience in marketing or any other relevant function. Fundraising experience is an asset.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
