Key competencies | Qualifications Education : Completion of University education with a degree in information technology, statistics or any related area. Experience : At least 07 years of relevant work experience in data and statistics. Language: Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic Computer Skills: Desirable experience with relevant software such as ArcGIS, Mapinfo, SPSS, EpiInfo6, SQL Server. Proven skills to analyze statistical information Skills and Competencies Knowledge of the UN system and the humanitarian community. Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, functions, etc.). Ability to formulate Information Management-related technical requirements and operating Procedures. Experience with handling confidential data and demonstrated understanding of different data collection methodologies. Familiarity with UN procedures and working methods is an asset. Knowledge of Atlas/PeopleSoft or other ERP application is an asset. Working experience with an international organization is an asset.
