Document and Record Management Officer establishes and implements the Agency’s document and record management policy and supports the establishment of adequate technical and regulatory tools for this purpose. Tasks and duties: Reporting to the Head of Registration Office, operating within the structure of the Cabinet, the duties and responsibilities of the Document and Record Management Officer are as follows: e) establish and implement the policies and procedures for the registration, filing and archiving of documents; f) coordinate the implementation of the project for the implementation of the document and record management system; g) monitor regulations and laws to determine impact on data management and retention; h) support the implementation of audit and other information management policies; i) design, document and maintain document templates, filing plans, taxonomies, list of keywords and other related document management tools; j) manage and monitor the documents and records stored in the system; k) inform and train document management system users by managing the rollout of a document management system training program in Frontex; l) participate in the analysis and improvement of business processes and modelling of automated document-based workflows.
