Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines.
Implement delegated Core Competency project portfolio according to plan of action.
Prepare and develop status reports as required by management.
Ensure proper filing of documents.
Ensure that projects target beneficiaries most in need, and explore and asses new and
better ways to assist.
Promote and share ideas for technical improvement.
Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards &
principles within NRC and amongst beneficiaries served by NRC.
Duties and responsibilities

Supervision of Incentive Based Volunteers (IBVs) responsible of maintenance and site
construction, cleaning volunteers, and short-term labors. Including assigning tasks,
monitoring performance and follow up of tasks.
Identifies site development needs and plans site developments ensuring efficiency and
utilization of resources in consultation with Youth Coordinator.
Designs and develops Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and oversees
implementation of all relevant procedures to ensure the sites are safe, healthy and secure
for students, teachers and field staff.

Manages all related procurement processes, including designing procurement plan in
coordination with relevant staff and NRC logistics and technical verification of materials.
Processes payments related to activities and salaries in the sites on monthly basis.
Manages inventory related to sites and to storage rooms through monthly stock
reporting, spot check on sign in and out of items. Ensure inventory SOPs are developed
and implemented by field staff.
Follows up on the technical progress of the program and customize site tangible features
that assures a better quality for the program and beneficiaries in coordination with the
program staff in each site.
Ensures all administrative procedures and relevant paper work pertaining sites are
followed and submitted to relevant NRC support departments.

Qualifications
Qualification requirement: College/diploma degree or equivalent
Years of Experience: 3
Experience in logistics and procurement, or technical/engineering experience.
Experience in site maintenance operations and resource management.
Previous team management experience.
Basic knowledge of budgeting and spending plans is preferred.
Strong planning skills and ability to coordinate and implement multiple tasks
simultaneously.
Personal qualities
Experience from working within technical expertise area in a humanitarian/ recovery
context.
Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts.
Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities.
Some knowledge of English.

Contract period: to 31st December 2020 (Renewable based on funding & performance) 
Salary/benefits: 1024 JD (subject to social security and Income tax)
Duty station: Azraq Camp
