TERMS OF REFERENCE

PROVISION OF TRAINING COURSE on

DIGITAL MARKETING, INCLUDING SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION

 

BACKGROUND

International Centre for Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue (“the KAICIID”) is an intergovernmental organization that was founded to enable, empower and encourage dialogue among followers of different religions and cultures around the world. The Centre is located in Vienna, Austria.

The KAICIID is looking for a training provider who will, in coordination with KAICIID Communications Department design and facilitate a training course in English covering content marketing and search engine optimization areas.

TRAINING/LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  1. Participants have learned about content marketing and digital marketing tools
  2. Participants have learned how to create or adapt content for content marketing on KAICIID’s website, newsletter and social media channels
  3. Participants have sufficient knowledge about content marketing to be able to incorporate it in the communications strategy
  4. Participants know how best to use SEO techniques for optimization of the KAICIID website

PARTICIPANTS

  • Staff from Communications Department
  • Expected number of participants: 9 to 11 staff

VENUE AND DATES

Training is to take place online or at the KAICIID premises in Vienna before the end of 2020, at the dates agreed in advance with the KAICIID.

PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS

Proposals should contain:

  • Suggested content of the course
  • Agenda
  • Methodology for the group training
  • Training material
  • Information about the facilitator(s)
  • References
  • Suggested dates for the course
  • All-inclusive cost (facilitation, course books, travel and accommodation, if applicable)

CRITERIA FOR TECHNICAL EVALUATION OF PROPOSALS

  • Experience in facilitating training in multi-cultural environments – 20 points
  • Experience in providing content marketing training– 30 points
  • Adequacy of proposed approach and methodology – 20 points
  • Qualifications of the proposed key staff – 20 points
  • References/evaluation of similar courses (2 should suffice) – 10 points

Minimum score to pass the technical evaluation: 60 points
