The incumbent will have sufficient freedom to shape the business plan, execution and participate in shaping this venture for IDCG.

Key responsibilities include -

Envision the business plan for the E- Learning business focussed on Development Sector
Implemenation agreed business plan with in the agreed timelines and resources
Create partnerships with related stakeholders for ensuring successful roll out of offerings
Evaluate, assess and recommend new technologies to be pursued
Create brand, identify and niche in the learning space in the Development sector
