Background

The Syria crisis is often described as the worst humanitarian catastrophe since the end of the Cold War. Inside Syria, 7.6 million people are internally displaced and 12.2 million are in need of humanitarian assistance, with 4.8 million in hard-to-reach areas. There are 3.8 million Syrian refugees in neighboring countries. This is no short-term humanitarian episode. The devastating human consequences to huge numbers of people will endure for decades. The destruction of relationships, communities, livelihoods, homes and infrastructure will take years to repair.

IRC is offering a robust humanitarian response to the Syria crisis with an annual budget in excess of $140 million and a rapidly expanding portfolio, supported by more than 1,250 staff in the region. IRC is undertaking programs in Syria and the neighboring countries of Turkey, Iraq, Lebanon and Jordan in the fields of health, child protection, education, women’s protection and empowerment, NFI and food distribution, cash assistance, water and sanitation, and livelihood programming. Our work in these challenging settings gives rise to some of the most pressing issues facing contemporary humanitarian action, including questions of access, security, funding and coordination.

Job Overview/Summary:

The Data entry Works under the management of Health officer with close technical guidance of the Information Management Officer. She/ He will be responsible of supporting data within health and medical activities in his/her clinic, the Data Entry will enter and fill down health information system data from the clinic PHC & RH registrar and place them in excel sheet and/or enter data online on daily/weekly basis, the Data Entry is responsible of Data integrity, completeness and timeliness.

Job Responsibilities

The Data Entry is expected to undertake the following tasks:

• Collect patient cards from receptionist/nurse on daily basi
•  Entering health patient’s data on daily/weekly on excel or other programs.
• mke the necessary data cleaning, check and validations
• Aggregate daily data to weekly reports.
• Checking the data after it is entered, validated, and usable with cases, or any of the associated functions.
• Compile & Consolidate Patient level data
• Data storing, preserving it from loss to be retrieved when needed to use, or to obtain information from them.
• Supporting administrative processes, by providing them with a set of data that will help strengthen the decision-making function. Organize files and documents for easy classification, and categorize them in
• Responsible for the safety of programs on which he works, as well as responsible for the safety of his computer.
• Take part in and actively maintain appropriate, regular, transparent and supportive communication structures with the Health team, Doctors and nurses and other stakeholders with the objective of ensuring cooperation
• Organize & Support patients and send them in queue line
• Coordinate effectively with colleagues in the data team in order to complete the work in case of absent someone
• He shall submit his reports and observations to his direct supervisor, and shall carry out any work assigned to him.

المهام والمسؤوليات

من المتوقع ان يقوم مدخل البيانات في المهام التالية:

-يقوم بجمع بطاقات المرضى من قسم الاستقبال او من الممرضة يومياً

-ادخال بيانات المرضى في اكسل يوميا

-تنظيف البيانات والتحقق من صحتها

-تجميع البيانات اليومية لاعداد التقارير الاسبوعية

-يتأكد من صحة البيانات بعد ادخالها والتحقق من تطابق استخدامها مع الحالات المدخلة

تجميع بيانات المريض بنظام موحد

تخزين البيانات ، وحفظها من الفقدان لاسترجاعها عند الحاجة إلى استخدامها ، أو للحصول على معلومات منها

دعم العمليات الإدارية ، من خلال تزويدهم بمجموعة من البيانات التي من شأنها أن تساعد على تعزيز صنع القرار.و تنظيم الملفات والمستندات لتسهيل تصنيفها

- مسؤول عن سلامة البرامج التي يعمل بها ، وكذلك مسؤول عن سلامة جهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص به

-المشاركة في الهياكل التواصلية المناسبة والواضحة والشفافة والداعمة مع فريق الصحة والأطباء والممرضات وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين والحفاظ عليها بشكل نشط بهدف ضمان التعاون

تنظيم ودعم المرضى وإرسالهم في طابور

-اعداد التقاريروالملاحظات وتسليمها الى مديره المباشر,وتنفيذ اي عمل يكلف به
