Islamic Relief Worldwide are an independent humanitarian and development organisation, serving humanity for over 35 years. Islamic Relief Worldwide are currently recruiting for the position of a ‘Field Development and Operations Manager’. The post holder will also be expected to set strategic direction, manage and oversee all local fundraising initiatives and support in the development of the establishment of the Fundraising focus area of the field office.

Furthermore, the selected individual will be in charge of managing local risk management within the unit and ensuring compliance.

The successful candidate must have or be:

· Good knowledge of Fundraising Models and Risk Management

· Excellent and proven fundraising and senior management skills and experience

· Proven experience of managing and motivating staff and/or volunteers at a senior level

· Senior level experience of successfully setting, managing and delivering on targets

· Experience of generating positive publicity from local media
