We are looking for an experienced and professional HR & Recruitment Consultant to join our team! As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for advising and supporting us on best practices for sourcing, attracting and hiring job candidates for their open positions. (If you landed directly on this page, please also visit Join the Team, and About Us.)

Responsibilities

• Get a clear view on the organisation’s hiring needs and organizational goals
• Research into the organisation’s culture to assess candidate fit
• Communicate with the management team to determine their hiring needs
• Develop and implement strategies based on the organisation’s needs
• Research into marketplace conditions (competition, market rates, etc) 
• Define job description and document specifications
• Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Create a candidate persona for each open position
• Conduct confidential interviews
• Follow-up references and check credits
• Present shortlisted candidates
• Present detailed candidate profile summaries
• Build long-term client relationships
• Research and develop recruiting leads
• Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy

Additional Information

• Individual part-time limited-duration consultancy/contract (estimated 3 months to start)  
• Remote work / partial remote work is ok (some presence in Lebanon is a plus, but not required)
