Enterprise and ICT Solutions Architect

This post is expected to strengthen the mentioned role toward individual project and system, especially by development of specific solutions architecture. Furthermore, it is supposed to build a new capacity in ICT for overall architectural governance for all existing, running and anticipated ICT systems, on the basis of enterprise architecture, in order to assure best realization of business goal with the minimum costs and risks with the highest integration and reuse. Reporting to the Head of Sector: Cloud, Infrastructure and Operations, the main duties related to this post are:  To establish processes and tools for enterprise architecture developments and management;  To develop requirements, guidance and standards for architectural compliancy, interoperability and interfaces between systems. To develop solution architectures using existing building blocks;  To design, maintain and communicate enterprise architecture and architectural repositories;  To draft and propose ICT policies in reference to architectures and integration of ICT systems, define transition roadmaps for architectures and solutions  To lead in development of common data model for Agency and governance of master data;  To support project portfolios in planning, managing priorities and dependences, harmonizing, change management and assurance of integration and architectural compliancy;  To support individual projects in development of solution architectures, in requirements analysis, development of technical specifications, validation of deliverables and compliancy testing;  To collect and interpret systems and processes metrics;  To liaise with other Frontex stakeholders and partners in development of interoperability standards, common architectures, common/shared ICT solutions and in modelling business processes;  To participate in ICT change management processes and to advise the Head of Unit on matters related to enterprise and solutions architectures.
