The Training Specialist is responsible for managing the women’s empowerment program, digital literacy, and assisting with vocational training. The training specialist collaborates with senior staff members on identifying client training needs and grant applications.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Enroll, assess and provide services to women enrolled in the Women’s Empowerment Program (WEP)
• Assess WEP clients for training needs, and identify or develop training resources
• Provide digital literacy training with an emphasis on WEP and ICM clients
• Ensure accurate data entry into the IRC internal ETO database, as well as the donor data base Client Track
• Ensure case files and reports are maintained in accordance with grant requirements
• Assist the senior team in determine client training needs
• Assist with grant research and provide data for grant applications
• As the office receives training-related grants, other training programs may be added to this position (in lieu of grant research)
• Other duties as requested.
