Coordinator Strategic Relations and Corporate Major Grants

We Effect and Vi Agroforestry are now recruiting a "Coordinator of Strategic Relations and Corporate Major Grants". This position is part of the team based in Stockholm, reporting to our Marketing Director.

As a "Coordinator of Strategic Relations and Corporate Major Grants", your assignment is to ensure that we keep building a stable foundation, develop and continue improving a fundraising strategy that follows We Effect's and Vi Agroforestry's vision - “A sustainable environment that enables women and men living in poverty to improve their lives”.

The goal is to increase our funding and strengthen We Effect's and Vi Agroforestry's strategic relationships within the corporate sector. Both We Effect and Vi Agroforestry see great potential to become one of the largest charitable organizations.

You will be having an important function on our journey towards our highly set goals, and will be working in a team with four others:

• Two Key Account Managers 
• Business Developer
• Strategic Advisor

As "Coordinator of Strategic Relations and Corporate Major Grants", you will work independently when planning and implementing your daily work. The team will be in charge of the organization's work towards the “Agenda 2030”.

The "Coordinator of Strategic Relations and Corporate Major Grants" makes sure we keep improving our partnerships together with our current organizations/companies. You will also be working to find new organizations and to create good long-term partnerships.

One important task is to follow up, and to improve our main agreements and promises, and to make sure these are followed in a good way according to our policies, both at We Effect and Vi Agroforestry and through our partners.

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for someone who has great experience in sales and negotiations and with experience from working in the charitable sector. You are a person who appreciates good relations, with colleagues and business partners. It is important that you appreciate a role with many social functions, and that you like to lead the way, making sure we improve. We appreciate it if you have a strong personal ambition, to find solutions and that you appreciate creating good long-term partnerships.

With your professional and humble approach, you will be a good and honest representative for We Effect/Vi Agroforestry. You and the team will be in charge of the collaborations between, We Effect/Vi Agroforestry and our partners. The position requires great communication skills and that you are comfortable to be working in an English spoken environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree or equivalent within a relevant field
• At least three to five years of work experience from a similar role with documented good results.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and in Swedish.
• Experience in business collaboration and innovative funding.
