You will have the opportunity to apply for a role as a Human Resources Assistant in the area of Learning and Development and you will be working under the supervision of the Head of Learning and Development Sector and reporting to the Head of the Unit. The new team member will support the team in aspects of learning, career and organisational development activities. More specifically, the main duties in this role are: • Contributing to the implementation of the Competency based Human Resources Management; • Providing support in career development related tasks such as the annual appraisal and reclassification exercise; Contributing to the design, implementation and management of effective recognition programmes (non-financial rewards); • Contributing to the design, implementation and management of effective leadership and performance management initiatives; • Driving employee development and talent management initiatives to address performance gaps; • Designing and linking the eu-LISA Competency Framework with internal mobility programs; • Designing, implementing and managing organisation-wide performance training/capacity building activities for all levels of employees, and management to drive for positive and measurable impact on the culture and performance; • Assisting in preparing HR statistics, metrics and reports; • Supporting in the follow up of workflows related to learning and development (i.e. probation, appraisals, training requests, etc.) and contributing to the improvement of those; • Establishing an evaluation system for learning activities; • Acting as a business partner with eu-LISA Managers.
