Under the overall supervisor of the ODM Officer, the incumbent will be part of a development team that will support MENA region. This includes full collaboration in the whole software development lifecycle (gathering requirement, analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, maintenance, etc.) while mainly focusing on testing and deployment (CI/CD).

Responsibilities

- Assist in the execution of the full life cycle of software development and lead the bug fixing and troubleshooting.
- Provide ongoing maintenance support, that includes recoding bugs, testing and deployment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the unit(s)/region to deliver high-tech systems/solutions
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Other tasks as requested from the supervisor

Qualifications

- Good understanding of Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
- Hands on experience of Azure DevOps platform (mange items, version control, bugs, etc).
- Experience/understanding with web programing technologies including but not limited to HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.
- Ability to write, test and refine C# code, ASP.NET (Advanced level).
- SQL coding (Mid-level).
- SQL Server administration and performance tuning; query level (preferred)
- Ability to write tests, unit tests following TDD (test driven development) methodology (required), other knowledge of testing frameworks (preferred) Temporary Appointment for 6 months 21 January 2021
