Job Overview/Summary: IRC is seeking a Client Responsiveness and Accountability Specialist for an expected donor funded Health Activity in Jordan. The Clients’ Responsiveness and Accountability (CRA) Manager will be responsible for ensuring that feedback of clients is collected, recorded and responded to in timely manner.This position is contingent on the IRC being awarded funding and is anticipated to begin in 2021.
