Domestically, our offices across the U.S. ensure new arrivals have food, shelter, and clothing, and work with refugees to help them gain self-sufficiency.

 

SCOPE OF INTERN WORK: Information Systems intern will play an important role in supporting the administration of RAI US’s database; ensuring program effectiveness through data management. Data analysis and measurement is one of the IRC’s main strategic goals; keeping our database maintained and users supported is an essential means to that end.

 

COMMITMENT: 6-12 months starting in March 2021

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administration of RAI US information systems: IRIS and ETO

• End-user support and responding to user questions and advancing as appropriate to a support technician

• Updating system documentation as new configuration and improvements are deployed.
