Request for Proposal (RFP)
 
You are requested to submit a proposal for “Terms of Reference of Baseline study – Build It Better in Jharkhandproject intervention”as per the enclosed Terms of Reference (ToR).
 
The Application should be sent through email. The Application comprising of financial proposal should be on Consultant’s / Agency’s / organization’s letterhead (signed and scanned pdf version) and shared via email. The Application comprising of technical and financial proposal should be addressed to Dr. Sharmistha Das at (s.das@savethechildren.in) with CC to Debashmita Bhaumik (d.bhaumik@savethechildren.in) and Mr. Rohit Oraon (rohit.oraon@savethechildren.in) via e-mail by 14th March 2021. The subject line of the e-mail should read: “Baseline study – Build It Better in Jharkhand.
 
Kindly note that any application received beyond 14th March 2021 will not be taken into consideration.
 
If you request additional information, we would endeavour to provide information expeditiously, but any delay in providing such information should not be considered a reason for extending the submission date of your proposal. For any query you may write to rohit.oraon@savethechildren.in and mark a copy to s.das@savethechildren.in and d.bhaumik@savethechildren.in latest by 12th March, 2021.

Only short-listed consultant / organizations will receive an acknowledgment and will be called for personal interactions. Consultants who do not hear from us within two weeks may assume that their application has not been successful.
