SCOPE OF INTERN WORK: The Food Access and Distribution intern will play a central role in food insecurity programming for New Roots. He or she will assist in the logistics and distribution of Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) shares to SNAP/EBT customers as well as emergency food boxes to referred clients. This position will be mostly in-person with limited remote hours and the intern will report to the New Roots Logistics Specialist.
COMMITMENT: May 3rd through August 20th, 2021, 15-20 hours per week
