Under the overall guidance of the Chief of Performance Management and Career Development (PMCD), the consultant(s) will support and contribute to a variety of initiatives involving performance management, career development, coaching and other learning interventions for UNICEF staff. The consultant(s) will design and facilitate workshops supporting the management of performance and careers, as well as, Training of Trainer (ToT) workshops through face to face and virtual delivery. The consultant(s) will provide coaching in relation to performance and career management, as appropriate.

The consultant(s) will design and facilitate workshops supporting the management of performance and careers, as well as, Training of Trainer (ToT) workshops through face to face and virtual delivery. The consultant(s) will provide coaching in relation to performance and career management, as appropriate.

Proposals should cover the following information:

  • A cover letter outlining your relevant experience in designing/facilitating a variety of workshops for multicultural audiences, including any experience of Performance Management, Career Management workshops. Please advise on your willingness to travel
  • For Consultants interested in providing coaching only, please provide confirmation of ICF accreditation and years of experience post ICF accreditation.
  • Your resume/CV including fluency in any of the UN languages
  • Your preferred daily rate
  • The names/contact information of two references

Their conditions of service will be governed by their contract and the General Conditions of Contracts for the Services of Consultants and Individual Contractors. Consultants and individual contractors are responsible for determining their tax liabilities and for the payment of any taxes and/or duties, in accordance with local or other applicable laws.
