Summary
The R&P Program Specialist primary responsibilities focus on supporting the resettlement team during the Reception and Placement period by ensuring high quality program implementation and compliance. The objectives of the R&P specialist position include implementing the monitoring framework to the funders, developing and implementing a digitized file system and ensuring compliance of R&P documentation requirements. This position will also build capacity within the resettlement team and other office staff members with onboarding, training and orientations to the R&P program. 
Major Responsibilities 
Review case files documentation and case notes by the 60th and 90th day of clients’ arrival.
Work across programs to ensure programs providing services are adequately documenting service delivery
Develop orientations and training to support team members in meeting requirements and providing optimal services in accordance with grant requirements. 
Implement systems to review R&P reports, budgets and self-sufficiency plans for quality assurance and compliance
Develop trainings and tools for resettlement team members to improve documentation of services
Work with the team to gather and organize documents from paper to migrate to electronic files
Work with the team to migrant forms, receipts, and reports into electronic format, saving them with established naming conventions.
Create and update digital files in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures 
Audit files to ensure documents have been uploaded correctly; search for missing records as needed.
Track and report work progress.
Train and monitor staff members on electronic file systems. 
Other R&P duties as assigned.
