Social Integration Trainer - Service Contract

BACKGROUND: ERD is currently expanding the intervention to be more inclusive for clients and new locations to reach, one of the main new approaching we are looking to implement in the field is integration program between ERD and WPE team to have systemized referral pathway along with prioritization for clients coming from WPE to be served under ERD and vice versa,

ERD team as a whole need to expand their knowledge when it comes to social integration especially for entrepreneurs and how we can reach the objectives that we are looking for when it comes to integration services.

SCOPE OF WORK: The trainer will be working on increasing knowledge on social integration for ERD staff covering topics related to definition of social integration and theoretical part of it, covering also social cohesion, as well as covering topics related to:

ØWhat is social integration on humanitarian world (definition, theory, background)

ØSocial integration of GBV survivors in income generating activities.

ØSustainability.

ØDivision of Labor.

ØSociology.

ØSocial Interaction.

ØMental Health.

ØResearch Workers.

ØSolidarity

RESPONSIBILITIES: the trainer will be responsible for delivering and adapting the training content and create one day agenda for the event that include:

-PowerPoint presentation about social integration and relevant topics

-Group work (case study)

-Ice breaker exercises

-Handout materials

-Pre and post survey
