1. MPH /Epidemiology
2. International experience in leading polio eradication activities particularly in outbreak response in
complex settings.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in vaccine practices and community-based surveillance activities.
4. Minimum 5 years of experience in facilitation of training diverse and large groups in the MoH and
community on surveillance, immunization and introduction of new vaccine.
5. Bi-lingual in Portuguese and English (Angola).
6. Bi-lingual in French and English (Chad and other locations as needed).
