MajorResponsibilities:

  • Sharing and manage all health activities in Al-Hol health facilities in coordination with the health manager.
  • Directly manage medical and support staff who are working as a team inside the Al-Hol health facilities.
  • Oversee all operational needs for the Al-Hol health facilities, ensuring all running costs and inventory needs are well plannedand managed.
  • Work in close coordination with Field Management teams to ensure the facilities and activities havenecessaryoperational andlogisticalsupport.
  • Work in collaboration with other health team members specializing in specific technical areas and service packagesto ensure clinic staff are properly trained, following treatment protocols and guidelines, as well as delivering qualityservices.
  • Manage all medical commodities in the Al-Hol health facilities; work in collaboration with the Pharmacy team to plan andprepareorders for pharmaceuticals,medical supplies,andequipment.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Community Health, MHPSS, Nutrition, and SRH integration component to ensure the facility services properly have comprehensive health services. Prepare supervision plans and conduct regular technical monitoring of clinic services; prepare reports with identifiedissues, recommendations, and action plans to improve quality of services; Conduct patient chart reviews on weeklybasisandsubmitreport to Health Manager.
  • Ensurehealthinformationsystemanddatacollectionprocesses are properlyimplementedinthe clinics.
  • Participate in regular project review meetings with the Health Manager; contribute to plans for corrective actionsbased on technical supervision, indicator performance, and M&E reports frompatient satisfaction surveys andmonitoringvisits.
  • Ensure applying and adopting the medical and non - medical team for the quality improvements initiative for the health care services inside the clinics to standardizing the practices to improve the care services, client satisfaction through different activities in the clinical practice
  • Submit weekly progress reports to direct line manager; contribute to monthly and quarterly reports per projectneedsfor grant reporting.
  • Coordinatewithotherhealthactorsandpartnersinimplementationareas; share in managinganyservicesdeliveredinpartnershipwithother NGOs intheAl-Hol camp.
  • Train and mentor staff/volunteers with the aim of strengthening their technical capacity, exchanging knowledgewithintheteam,andprovidingprofessional development guidance
  • Sharing in oversee recruitment and management of health facilities-based staff; conduct periodic performance reviews, manage all disciplinary actions with the support of the supervisor and Human Resources department, identify and recommend needed changes in staffing.
  • Offerleadershipsupportforsuccessfuladherence bystafftoIRC’sGlobalHROperatingPoliciesandProcedures.
