Job Description:

HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER

The International Secretariat, which operates from several sites around the world, gathers and communicates accurate and action-oriented human rights information globally. We campaign for meaningful human rights change; enable effective human rights activism and work to persuade governments and other actors to uphold universal human rights standards. We provide strategic leadership, support, and advice to the Amnesty International movement globally, fostering our contribution, presence, and public accountability throughout the world.

We are continuing to develop a first-class Human Resources function to support the organisation to achieve its strategic goals. The transformation required is far reaching but it will make a significant impact to both employees and the senior management team and in turn will deliver the human rights impact expected of us.

This will be hard work and at times very complex, it will encompass human resource automation, process improvement, employee relations, organisational change, succession planning and employee development on a global scale.

If you are an experienced Human Resources Business Partner who can inspire trust, build, and sustain relationships and you are ready for a n incredible challenge to support the world's leading human rights organisation then we would love to hear from you.

ABOUT US

Amnesty International is a global movement of more than 10 million people who campaign for a world where human rights are enjoyed by all. We reach almost every country in the world.

One where human rights are respected and protected by everyone, everywhere.

At Amnesty International, we are passionate about what we do and we are proud of our achievements as a movement. To compensate our employees for the critical work they do, we reward them through a combination of an attracti ve and sector competitive salary and benefits package, high levels of engagement and involvement, and a commitment to employee development.

Benefits include 37 days annual leave (inclusive of public holidays and grace days), pension scheme, employee assistance programme, life assurance and many more benefits designed to suit your own personal lifestyle. All of this, in a professional, engaging environment.
