Airbnb Project Manager

This position may be remote and located anywhere in the U.S.

The IRC recognizes that private partnerships, like those with Airbnb, provide critical resources for refugee families in their journey toward safety and stability.  As the Airbnb Project Manager, you will support the implementation and management of IRC’s Airbnb.org partnership across RAI’s 25 U.S. offices.  You will facilitate the overall partnership by overseeing grant usage, supporting reporting requirements, and liasing with internal and external parties to distribute resources.

Responsibilities:

·Manage the Airbnb partnership reporting processes and deliverables as required by the donor

·Provide regular oversight and tracking of office usage

·Onboard and train new staff on the Airbnb platform

·Work with local office staff on any Airbnb platform problems and reservation damage claims

·Create and update internal resources in alignment with donor guidelines

·Communicate regularly with local offices on partnership updates, reminders, and usage

·Coordinate with the Resettlement team, Corporate Partnerships team, and other internal parties to distribute resources effectively

·Support the donor relationship by providing regular feedback to the Corporate Partnerships team and contributing to donor-facing reports and meetings

·Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

·Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience

·Excellent project management skills, with a track record of coordinating multi-site projects

·Strong oral and written communications skills.

·Ability to diplomatically work with a range of stakeholders, understand requirements and build consensus

·Comfortable with logistical tasks and a can-do attitude towards problem solving.

·Strong relationship building, teamwork and communication skills.

·Comfortable with donor-facing calls and meetings

·Ability to work well in a multicultural environment, flexible and able to handle pressure well.

·Experience organizing in-kind donations a plus.

·Fluency in English is required.

This position reports to the Program Officer, Resource Acquisition & Management.
