Context

* Administer a platform for a “community of practice” for the Humanitarian Office on Docebo; * Create Google folders for the units and upload relevant and updated documents into the files accordingly; * Perform a desk review of key tools and resources used for UNFPA's humanitarian thematic area; * Set up an internal depository for RTSU; * Support ongoing activities, such as online trainings, webinars, meetings, development of tools etc.; * Identify key actions that will need to be ensured to strengthen the potential for a dynamic platform and active engagement of relevant staff.

Task description

Community of Practice, Learning Library & Dashboard: The UN Online Volunteer will help in the development and maintenance of an online learning library, by using GDS. She/he will organize the units internal library by strategically categorizing them by subject area, language, dates and location. The UN Online Volunteer will also work closely with the learning coordinator to help manage and feed into the community of practice platform "Docebo" for our ongoing SRHiE learners. She/he will create teams within the platform while adding essential resources to help support learners and participants capacity development needs.
