We began operations in Beijing in January 2016 and have since grown to 105 approved members worldwide. We are capitalized up to USD100 billion and Triple-A-rated by the major international credit rating agencies. Working with partners, AIIB meets clients’ needs by unlocking new capital and investing in infrastructure that is green, technology-enabled and promotes regional connectivity.

AIIB is looking for an analyst or associate who will be responsible for coordinating IT procurement process, performing contract management and driving the transparency and effectiveness of vendor payment management.

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant IT procurement experience.
  • Analytical and a problem solver with a sound knowledge of procurement principles and procedures, contract management and payment management.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data and work with figures; proficiency in relevant software or tools (Excel, PowerPoint, ERP etc.)
  • A team player with effective communication skills and cross-function collaboration experience.
  • Results oriented with an ability to multitask and prioritize duties.
  • Fluency in oral and written English is a must.

AIIB is committed to diversity, transparency, and inclusion. We believe our strength comes from having a team with the right diverse skills, experiences, and abilities selected through a merit-based competitive process.
