The TRANSFORM learning package is organized in a modular structure and reflects the key building blocks/modules of a holistic and interdependent social protection system: Administration, Coordination, Financing & Financial Management, Governance, Legal Framework, Monitoring & Evaluation, Management Information Systems, and Selection & Identification.
