The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) office was established on December 14, 1950 by the General Assembly of the United Nations. The Agency is mandated to direct and coordinate actions to protect people in refugee status and solve refugee problems. Its main purpose is to safeguard the rights and welfare of refugees. The Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) unit has as part of its responsibilities to raise funds through individual and corporate donations from foundations, individual and major donors.
With the aim of strengthen the digital PSP channel, we are looking to hire someone who supports general digital activities, analysis and coordination with national and international teams to be able to increase results.

2. Purpose and Scope of Assignment
The objective is to hire a person who can support the digital PSP activities focused in two main channels (digital acquisition and lead generation), seeking the following scope:
-Keep up to date new leads and digital donors lists.
-Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure tracking is reporting accurate information.
-Oversee setup and rollout of backend and frontend of online donation forms and lead forms in collaboration with 3rd parties.
-Oversee lead generation performance from all agencies, analyze metrics and make adjustments based on analytics and in coordination with telemarketing team.
-Oversee online media performance (website and donation pages), analyze metrics and make adjustments based on analytics and in coordination with the digital team.
-Work together with the content and digital team in order to support the digital process and funnel for new leads, donor and supporters.
-Monitor and track PSP digital acquisition and lead generation campaigns performance and results.
-Develop and follow up KPIs weekly report for lead generation and digital acquisition performance.
-Support the team with administrative process, such as procurements and follow up on vendor payments.
-Work closely with UNHCR Mexico Database and Donor Care teams to ensure retention, optimization and fundraising campaigns.
-Plan an implement A/B testing strategy for lead generation and digital acquisition.
-Test all new channels to ensure accurate tracking.
-Assist with digital media monitoring.
-Manage communication with lead generation agencies and internal media buying teams in order to ensure simultaneous campaigns perform according expectations.
-Work in coordination with telemarketing team to monitor the quality of the leads and optimize based on donation KPIs.
-Work in close collaboration with PI in order to develop local campaigns.
-Ensure leads information is being transferred in secure ways.
-Implement and optimize SMS strategy.
-Implement emergency campaigns on time and according to emergency protocol in order to ensure active campaigns during the best performing moments.

4. Qualifications and Experience
(List the required education, work experience, expertise and competencies of the individual contractor. The listed education and experience should correspond with the level at which the contract is offered.)

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications

a. Education (Level and area of required and/or preferred education)

-Secondary education required
-A degree or diploma in marketing, communication, advertising, business administration or a similar program is a plus
-A strong knowledge of web analytics platforms (i.e. - Google Analytics)
-A vast knowledge and understanding of digital measurement / metrics
-Knowledge on fundraising programs desirable


b. Work Experience
(List number of years and area of required work experience. Clearly distinguish between required experience and experience which could be an asset.)
-At least 2 years of experience in the digital commerce field
-At least 1 year of ascertainable experience in performance campaign
-Strong knowledge of web analytics platforms
-Strong knowledge and understanding of digital metrics
-Desirable NGO experience
-At least 2 of SEO experience and SEM
-Experience working with content-management-systems (CMS) and e-mail marketing tools
-Experience with database management is an asset (e.g. Salesforce) desirable
-Knowledge of the digital LATAM regions desirable.
