Mission

 

Digital Fundraising (DFR) is a central area within the Fund Development (FD) function in the International Office (IO). The DFR team focuses on three topics that support member associations to scale and leverage their digital fundraising income. One is to provide the federation an agile, fully integrated digital fundraising platform (Digify) with state of the art tools. The second is promoting competence development, knowledge sharing and facilitate synergies across the organization in the area of digital fundraising. The third is active strategy and digital performance marketing support.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Requirement Management: Gather, articulate and analyse business requirements and define software configuration specifications based on Enterprise Architecture principles in collaboration with Developers. This includes the management of the project JIRA board and leading sprint planning as Scrum Master.
  • Evaluate change requests generated from Product Service Desk for inclusion in the project backlog
  • Support Management: Training, consultancy and first and second level support on the Digify application and satellite systems
  • Quality Assurance: Design and perform quality assurance testing of the system, including solutions and functional testing.
  • Stakeholder Management: Mange ongoing relationships with business partners and functional stakeholders including the internal project team and the developers. Represent the project/product in management meetings and alignment meetings.
  • Product Integration: Maintain communication and understanding with other running products and software projects in order to ensure alignment of business needs and solution designs.

Requirements

  • A master’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, IT, or Administration with focus on IT
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or System Quality Assurance in the digital marketing domain
  • Experience in translating business requirements into domain IT solutions
  • Experience with Content Management Systems
  • Experience with interfaces to other systems to the website, like CRM, payment providers, email marketing, etc.
  • Proven track record of project management and experience in leading roles or ownership of projects/processes
  • Very good analytical skills to draw business-relevant conclusions
  • Advanced command of German
  • English – at least advanced (B.2)
