Do you have experience in Networks Cloud managed networks, LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Routing and Security (Meraki Cisco desirable)?

Do you have experience in Office 365 Administration level Tier 3, Power scripts, Reporting, Security and Management (Tier 4 desirable)?

Do you have experience in Azure administration, SCCM , Intune ?

The Role

We are looking for an individual to provide a reliable and customer-centric ‘first point of contact’ for user requests and service incidents across OGB, Oxfam International (OI) and affiliate users and provide an escalation point for the first line Service Desk Analysts for complex, technical issues that cannot be resolved at First Line either due to the complexity of the issue or due to time it takes to complete. To proactively maintain and manage MENA IS systems.
